RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear purchases are final and items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For sanitation reasons all garments must be tried on over your underwear. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if it does not meet our standards for exchange.
Returns will be accepted within 14 working days. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, complete with any tags or labels.
No return on archive products and sales.

How to Return
1. Reach out to us via contact@freikoerper.com. Please provide us your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Please let us know about your issue (the fit, sizing, fabric, style). We depend on our customers’ feedback to constantly grow and improve upon our products.
3. Please wait for our confirmation.
4. Prepare your package for safe transit. Send out your package with your chosen courier. Please consider sending these items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. You will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping back to us the items you wish to exchange.
5. Ship your parcel to our return address listed above.
6. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you on the status of your refund.
7. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
