SHIPPING

FREIKOERPER OFFERS FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER 200 EUR.

FREIKOERPER delivers globaly using UPS. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our quantities come in LIMITED SERIES or MADE-TO-ORDER. As soon as you make your purchase your order will either go into production or will be shipped from our limited stock, depending on the style you choose.

MADE - TO - ORDER

Production for our made-to-order styles takes time, care and love. To reduce our environmental impact we try to only produce the necessary numbers of our designs. Please allow up to 14 buisness days (depending on the size of your order) for production.

You will be notified once the shipping for your order is under fulfillment. For shipping allow additionally:

- 1-3 working days within Germany

- 2-9 working days for international destinations

LIMITED SERIES

If you purchase from our limited series stock your order will be shipped the same day and should be with you in the time frame listed above, depending on your location. 

Orders submitted before 02.00pm (UTC +2) are usually packed & shipped on the same business day.
Orders placed later are dispatched on the following business days, excluding German public holidays.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

 

 

Please note: due to the Brexit delivers to Great Britain may be delayed and local custom fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these upon purchase.The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

 

Please note: We are unable to ship to P. O. boxes / military addresses.

We cannot and will not send items internationally marked as 'gift'. This is illegal and puts us at risk.

When ordering outside the EU local custom fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
